Terms & Policies
A clear framework for requests, approval, delivery and handover.
Submitting the request form is not a purchase, final acceptance or binding contract. Each service is governed by the quotation, scope of work and contract that have been approved for the project.
Scope
Service pages show indicative scopes and starting prices. The final quotation defines the pages, deliverables, language, timeline, revisions, exclusions and project-specific costs.
Prices and fees
Prices marked “from” are indicative and vary with scope. Any applicable tax, third-party fee or additional cost will be shown clearly in the quotation or invoice before commitment.
Approval and contracting
After reviewing the request, WJAZ sends the quotation, scope and contract through the approved communication channel. Delivery commitments begin only after the required documents are approved as stated in them.
Project start
Work begins after the start conditions in the quotation or contract are met, including confirmation of the due payment and receipt of the required content, materials and approvals. Any estimated timeline starts when those conditions are complete, not when the request form is submitted.
Revisions
Revisions are limited to the rounds and scope stated in the quotation. Feedback should be consolidated for each round. New deliverables or a change of direction after approval require a separate change request and price.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Before work begins, payments are refunded after deducting any actual non-refundable fees or costs. After work begins, completed work, approved stages and third-party commitments are settled, and any unused balance is refunded where applicable. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, while bank posting times may vary.
Client delay or project suspension
The schedule may pause when content, approvals or payments are delayed. If non-cooperation continues after notice, WJAZ may suspend or close the project and settle the account according to completed work and existing commitments.
Additional Services
Creative or technical work outside the approved service, including visual project media, integrations, additional pages or languages, is defined and priced separately before execution.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, fonts, images, templates, plugins, licenses and external systems are subject to provider availability, terms and fees, and may be non-refundable after purchase or activation.
Visual Materials and Usage Rights
The client is responsible for the accuracy and licensing of supplied content and for owning or being authorized to use submitted materials. Rights to agreed final deliverables transfer after full settlement, while pre-existing tools, components and third-party licenses remain subject to their own terms.
Warranty
The warranty covers 22 days for technical defects caused directly by WJAZ implementation within the approved scope. It excludes new content or development, third-party changes and issues caused by unauthorized modification.
Communication and approvals
Messages and approvals sent through the agreed channels form part of the project record. A project-specific contract or quotation takes precedence over general website information where they differ.
Applicable rights
These terms do not limit any right that cannot be waived under Saudi law. Terms may be updated when services or payment methods change; the version approved at contracting applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
