Data we collect
We collect only what is needed to review and respond to a project request, such as your name, mobile number, optional email address, business name, activity, requested service and project details. The initial form does not ask you to upload files or submit personal, medical, financial or confidential data.
How we use it
We use the information to review your request, contact you, define the scope, prepare a quotation, contract and invoice, and manage delivery. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without appropriate consent.
Consent and accuracy
By submitting the form, you consent to processing for communication about your request. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and for not submitting another person’s data without authority.
Service providers
Form data may pass through a specialist technical provider that delivers submissions to WJAZ email and may retain a temporary operational record under its own policy. Hosting, email and project tools may also process data only as needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Retention and deletion
We keep project requests and related communications only as long as needed for operations or applicable requirements. You may request correction or deletion through the Start Your Project form by clearly stating the request in the summary field, unless retention is required for a lawful contractual or regulatory reason.
Cookies and analytics
The current version does not use advertising cookies or marketing trackers. If analytics or marketing tools are added later, this policy will be updated and any required choices will be presented before activation.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to reduce unauthorized access. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed as completely secure, so sensitive information should not be sent through the initial request form.

We may update this policy when operating tools or applicable requirements change. The latest update date will appear at the top of this page.
