The client supplies the information, logos, projects, certifications, images and materials required unless the package includes preparation.

Design & Development

We execute the work according to the approved scope.

Revisions

Revisions stay within the number of rounds stated in the quotation. Out-of-scope work is assessed and priced separately.

Quality Review

Depending on the project, review covers technical quality, responsiveness, user experience, content, privacy/data, intellectual property and Saudi digital compliance quality considerations.

Client Approval

The client approves the final version.

Delivery / Launch

After final approval and settlement of the amounts due, delivery or launch is completed and handover is documented under the project scope.

Post-Delivery Support

Support and maintenance are defined in the package or quotation.

Client Information Responsibility

The client is responsible for the accuracy of information, projects, certifications, licenses and data supplied for publication.

Third-Party Services

Domains, hosting, CRM, ERP, APIs, booking systems and other services may be subject to provider terms and fees.

AI-Assisted Workflow

WJAZ may use AI tools in design, development, content and workflow improvement while considering privacy and usage rights.

Right to Decline

WJAZ may decline projects or content that conflicts with Saudi regulations, third-party rights, or our professional and ethical standards.
