Prepare an approved introduction, service descriptions, evidence of capabilities, publishable projects or products and contact details. Define the audience, language and use first, then choose sections that support a decision rather than aiming only for a page count.
Define the reader and purpose
A profile sent to a prospective customer differs from one explaining supplier capabilities to a purchasing team. Write one sentence describing the reader and the intended action, such as understanding your specialism and requesting a project discussion. Use it to select relevant information and remove filler.
Specify screen or print use, Arabic or English or both, and the required delivery formats. Editing and translation responsibilities should be agreed before design starts.
Bring the source materials together
- The approved name, logo and available identity files.
- A short description of the activity, audience and actual service area.
- Services or product groups with descriptions that distinguish them.
- Approved capabilities, certificates and figures, with update dates.
- Images and project information you may publish, identifying your company’s role accurately.
- The website, contact details and person responsible for final approval.
Mark missing information for the team to supply. Do not replace it with an estimate that reads like a verified achievement.
Build the outline around the reader’s questions
A practical sequence is a clear cover, short introduction, services, evidenced capabilities, relevant projects or products, working process and contacts. Not every heading needs a full page; expand only where the information helps the reader.
A contractor may explain the project type, its specific role and completion status. A manufacturer may group products and actual production capabilities. A new business can explain the team’s specialisms and delivery method without claiming projects the business never completed.
Review the facts before approving the design
- Verify names, figures, contacts and factual claims.
- Confirm permission to publish images, projects and logos.
- Check terminology across Arabic and English, prioritising accurate meaning over literal translation.
- Test screen readability and links, and print specifications if required.
- Record the version date and retain a source reference for future updates.
Connect the profile with the website
Service and contact information should agree across both formats. Publish important information as text on the website and use the profile for sharing and meetings. Images of profile pages alone are not a good substitute for clear website explanations.
